Reduce your TCO
Do you already own an RV? One way to reduce the cost of owning an RV is to rent it to others. Even just a couple of rentals a season can pay part or all of your storage fees. Rent it out often, and you might even end up in the black. But renting your RV to others adds another set of “not-so-fun” elements (frequent cleaning, renter interaction, booking management, etc.). Again, let us help with that part. We can manage your rental for you through our rental consigment program.
Not sure where to go?
We have our own set of RV campsites. They are situated on the Tennessee River, AKA Kentucky Lake. We have 4 sites in an area called Paradise Landing near Clifton, TN. The sites are located within a gated community. Because the water level is closely managed by TVA, this section of the river flows slowly and serenely. A large pavilion and boat ramp are within walking distance. Take a kayak or paddleboard out on the lake. Do some fishing. And in the evening relax and watch the sunset. We offer discounts for renting both your RV and camping site from us.
